The
history of The Temptations is the
history of American pop. An essential component of the original Motown
machine, the Temptations are without question music
legends and one of the most successful recording groups of all time.
For more than forty years the Temptations have prospered, propelling
popular music with a series of smash hits and sold-out performances
throughout the world. Now in the new millennium, they continue to perform
legendary hits such as “The Way You Do the Things You Do,” “My Girl,” and
“Papa Was a Rolling Stone,” as well as newer songs like “Treat Her Like a
Day,” and “Stay.” With a tasty flavor of the past – cutting edges of
remakes of “A Love I Can See” and “That’s How Heartaches Are Made” – the
Temps plunge into the future, keeping it romantic and right.
